Unks Fiddle - Reviews
Unks Fiddle is one of those beautiful tragedies that we love to cry over and which also reveals a bit of human nature. Steve Burts touching but not maudlin story leaves us satisfied but thinking . . . Unk had a full life, but couldnt there have beenmore? In my opinion, a story that leaves us thinking is the best kind.

Linda Davidson, Editor, Church Worship Magazine
A heartwarming collection from an author with a flair for writing about small town characters and situations with authority and accuracy. Truly 'Chicken Soup for the Soul,' and with a warm grilled cheese sandwich to boot!
Kris Ferrazza, Maine Journalist of the Year
With a few deft brushstrokes Steve Burt paints backdrops that add life and color to these heart-touching stories. His
richly textured tales draw you in the way a great painting does, turning observers into participants.
